This my dress made for Christmas 2011. I used the “Ceylon” pattern from Colette Patterns. This was my first time using a pattern from Colette and it was an amazing pattern. I also made the Poinsettia hair clip to wear with this dress.

Your Ceylon is so nice! I have the pattern and I can’t wait to make it. Everytime I see one version on the internet, I am more and more in love with the design of this pattern. How about sizing? Did you have to make lots of adjustments or is it true to size?

Thanks everyone! It was my favorite dress up to that time. The fit is fantastic! Now it’s only second to my latest project that I need to get around to photographing…
