Here is a chocolate wrap dress I made using a pattern I bought from New Look years ago. I’ve altered the front by adding a ruche at the side to accommodate by changing front, allowing extra room (and a curved hem for interest).
I’m just at that size where i’m too small for maternity clothes but too big for my normal clothes and I needed a comfortable dress for a wedding. I kept this dress quite plain and chose to dress it up with a gold scarf, brooch and gold shoes – worked out well!
Chocolate linen and viscose mix
New Look pattern (but I prob would have used this latest burdastyle wrap pattern if it had been posted then!!)
