I used the Jochen pattern to make these shorts, first Burda pattern I have ever used, and I am pretty happy with the result. I got the idea for the contrasting pockets from a creation by lonemoose (thanks).

The shorts turned out great, Ferny. The whole waistband, pockets, zipper thing has always been a challenge for me to sew, to get everything lying flat, etc. So, I really admire your skill. Those contrasting pockets are fun, and so is that car. Plus you’ve got a willing model who poses like a pro!
