I made my version of ElaineMays Coffee Date Dress in size 42 for Easter.
I didn’t add the ruffle but I did add two waist ties and two flap pockets.
I found a bias binding tape maker in my sewng cabinet so I bound the facing and the hem in self fabric. I also learn’t the proper way of doing an all in one facing.

beautiful print, I think you’re right to not add the ruffle, love ruffles but it would get lost in the pattern
