Description

I made a second circle skirt using Casey’s Elegant Musings Sew Along. This skirt is a little bit longer than my first. I used a very heavy cotton in brown, that reminds me of drinking chocolate. To set a contrast I used a red and white gingham for the lining at the waist and the hemline. As accessory I made a bow-belt with the help of the tutorial, that Tilly had written down in her blog (Tilly and the buttons).
In the last picture I wear the skirt without my new petticoat (a wonderful christmas gift).

    Cute! Nice contrast. My teenage daughter would love this (we’re working on her birthday dress, took longer deciding on the petticoat than the dress). Lovely work.
