Description

I admit, I’m not much of a cold weather-person, I find every way to keep warm :) I found a 5 euro/meter wool cloth :)..Price is quite OK for this 2 meter jacket…I was given a 0.25 meter freebie so I made a detachable hood to go with it. This pattern was drafted from my sloper..high collar with straps (to hide buttons for the detachable hood), front pockets and a belt.

Material Notes

2.25 meters wool for 5 euros/meter, 1.5 meters lining for 2.5 euros/meter, buttons for about 5 euros total...

    This is so perfect and adorable! Great design and beautiful workmanship. You poor thing…. I bet you never once had to put on wool when you were in the Philippines!!

    I love your coat! I wish I could draft patterns as complex as that – I can only manage very simple designs :( I just need a bit of practice I guess!
