- sew the 2 part of the back skirt together.
- Place it in the skirt.
- place the waistband (yoke)
- sew 4 lines elastic yarn on the waistband (wrinkle/frown technique) and place the ribbon.
- Finish the bottom of the skirt to your own taste.
Note: check the fit every time!

I don’t understand step 5. I see the “back skirt” on the pattern, but if i sew it to the other pieces, it’ll be huge. This step says “place it in the skirt” Is it actually an inner skirt? thanks
