I found this lovely sheer dark blue fabric in the 1 euro per meter stand! Yay! I took a super simple pattern from one of my japanese pattern magazines (check&stripe, days of sewing) and finished it in a sunny sunday. At first there was a bright yellow ribbon in the back that corresponded with the lighter parts of the yellow leaves, but it felt terribly out of place and reminded me too much of easter. Luckily a more ocher colored ribbon looked marvelous and only cost me 80 cents.
So this lovely posh looking shirt cost me 2,80. Gotta love that.
