I made this Infinity / Convertible Dress in May / June 2007. I was inspired by Rostitchery’s tutorial. I used the instructions in Pieke Stuvel’s book Rok & Co to measure myself and to make an inseam pocket.
Since it wasn’t possible to make the skirt in one piece, my mom suggested to make these flappy things.
I am happy about the result even though in the end my pocket turned out very small because I sewed it in upside down and even though the fabric is a bit slippy and I have to be careful that the dress stays on when I wear it.
I don't know what kind of fabric it is. Chinese fabric :)<br> Elastic
