Cotton blends skirt, semicircular shape, so if windy…it will fly away and girls like my niece are going to keep going round and round enjoying those skirts opened like umbrellas.
Just cut 2 stripes one of the skirt lenght and one for the bottom ruffle (5" aprox), gather and attach them to the waistband, insert an elastic and that’s it. The more longer the stripes are the more full the skirt will be.
