I made this skirt as my second piece out of five for my Pattern Review Mini Wardrobe: http://sewing.patternreview.com/review/pattern/100740/
I whipped together my first version of it in a wool plaid this Winter and loved how it turned out and finally came up with an excuse to make another one! The only change I made was to shorten in about 3" since I am only 5’4".
