Chic, modern and country shirt

This is Burda 10/2012 # 122
It´s quite easy to put together. Wide vertical darts in the front, narrower in the back. The little lapels are a nice accent.
I recommend it for the ones that want to make their first shirt. This one has no neckband and no cuffs.

I really like the style of this shirt and it has worked well in the plaid fabric. I imagined it in white poplin but you have changed my mind Merche. As always with your work, well done.

Really nice, I agree about the fabric, really makes the pattern super modern.

Great job, you look gorgeous in it!

Nice. I prefer your version to Burda’s white one. Very well done and good choice of fabric.

I think the white blouse is more classy, with plead it´s just a casual blouse to go with jeans…I´m happy with it! Thanks for the comment

I love it. Not your normal bright colours, but very pretty nonetheless. One question though. what is “bambula”??

Ha,ha! good question. A kind of mythological fabric. Burda requested it for a pattern, I went to every store asking for it and nobody knew what was I talking about…then, after a couple of years I see this “bambula” in a sale…or so the shop-owner called it!
