Description

This is one of my favourite dress patterns – so easy to make but shows off stunning fabrics to their best advantage.

I have made several versions but this is one of my favourites – I added a net underskirt and a pretty corsage to the waistline.

Material Notes

This version is made in Michael Miller ‘cherry o’ 100% cotton fabric and is available to purchase from my Etsy store at https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/159235275/michael-miller-cherry-o-100-cotton

Beautiful! What dress pattern did you use? It is perfect for this large print!

Thank you for your nice comments.

The pattern used is 02/2011 #104 Tank Dress.

It is very simple and only the pattern for the bodice is printed so that you can make the skirt to the length of your choice.

Thank you for your nice comments.

The pictures are a little distorted sadly and probably need resizing so I will try to resolve that issue shortly.

This dress is so cute! I totally agree with you about the pattern. Simple patterns are best when you have a fabric that deserves to be seen :) I really like the idea of the flowers. They are a great way to add that pop of color but different than a belt, that was a great idea. The dress looks like it fits like a glove too, great job!
