This cherry-print halter neck dress was inspired by two dresses worn by Marilyn Monroe. I used Vogue pattern V8727 and it all came together pretty easily. I made a couple of tiny adjustments: adding a bit of width to the halter neck part of the bodice and taking in the skirt at the back and side seams. Other than that, It was reasonably straight forward to make. I love it and can’t wait for the sun to come out so I can wear it!
