Fun project to add a little retro flare to my cooking. The accent color in my kitchen is cherry red, so I thought this fabric would fit in nicely.
Half apron with flounce and extra long waist ties.
Matching quilted potholder with hand pocket.
Main fabric: light blue w/cherries (cotton); Ties: Cherry Red Cotton; Cherry Red piping along top of Flounce and bottom of waistband; Cherry Red bias tape used for detail on potholder.

I love this apron! Great job. Is this your own design or a pattern? Hope you don’t mind me asking – I love the style and would like to make it

Thanks! It was my own design, but it would be pretty easy to duplicate. Its made up of three main parts (flounce, main apron, and waistband) and then ties. Good Luck!
