I was looking for ages for the perfect chartreuse or mustard yellow fabric, with no success.
And then I spotted a pair of pillowcases, in the prettiest shade! And they were about 2.5$ the pair!
For the pattern, I copied a skirt I have that fits well.
The piping and the pocket lining are made with purple satin.
I’m nor 100% satisfied with my accuracy on the piping, but it still fits well, and I’m happy with the exact matching of the piping on the side seams.
100% Egyptian cotton pillowcases.
Remnants of purple satin.
A zipper.
Batting (for the yoke).
