I made these two bags for my friends for Christmas. I modified the pattern a little to make them more rectangular, and monogrammed their initials on the front. I read and re-read and read again Ute’s How To on lining the bags, and her instructions were wonderful.
Material Notes
The dragonfly material used to be my curtains, and that one is lined with a pretty green Shantung silk with a red sheen. The red and white bag is lined with a soft beige organic cotton.
