This is my first BurdaStyle pattern! I used the pattern for a Charlie bag and tweaked a few aesthetic details. I made it reversible (out of two old skirts), and added pockets. I was a little worried about attempting my first french flat-felled seam, so instead I did a regular seam and quilted it down. The bag is for a friend, and I thought it was more in keeping with her style, anyhow. I intended it to be a lightweight bag, not a tote, so the lightweight fabric did not matter. If I make it for that purpose again, however, I will make the handles longer.
