I entered the refashion contest at patternreview.com with this little number. It is a knock-off of a Chanel dress featured in the January 2009 issue of W magazine.
The colors differ between photos, in subtle ways because of sunlight, and in drastic ways in the chanel vs. me comparison, in which I digitally lightened the photo to try for that washed-out effect in the inspiration photo.
As always, blogged at http://www.clevergirl.org.

I love the idea of refashion items. Your dress is beautiful, I really like your version better than the Chanel version,.
