Description

Made using Burda 7767, a menswear pattern that I altered slightly to fit myself this time! Other variations, two breast pockets with flaps, tabs inside the sleeves so they can be rolled up (I like this look so much I think they’ll stay this way permanently!), snap closures in lieu of buttons throughout, and (obviously!) the other front lapping over than for a mens’ shirt.

Material Notes

cotton chambray, copper coloured snap for closure throughout

This looks awesome! Great photography too. Could have come straight from the L.L.Bean catalog!

I love the tabs on the sleeves. There should be tabs on all long, half-wide sleeves. For real.

This looks great and really comfy. I especially like the coppery snap closures with the light blue of the fabric.
