My first try on the Coffee Date Dress. I did this last year. I only have 1.5m of fabric, which apparently was not enough. The skirt was too short; thus I haven’t worn it yet.

Why don’’t you chose one of the colors in the pattern then get some fabric of that solid color and add it to the bottom to lengthen it? I really love the pattern, it would be a shame not to wear it.

thanks for that suggestion katrina-liza… I have worn it a few times, but just at home. I need to find time to adjust the shoulders as well as it is too way too snug.
