Thanks! That means heaps to me! Im always trying to make beautiful clothes that are modest and its hard. Im like if only it was lower or shorter it would look so much better! But Im trying my best, so thanks!

I love that fabric! Purple is a great color…your style reminds me of the 1920s, very nice :)

Thanks! Yea I love purple too, but really dislike the dress! Its too boring and needs more. Maybe I should do a remake!! Because I never wear it anymore. Ok great you have put me onto a great idea. i dont know if I will end up doing it but right now it sounds good! I will see if i can make it heaps better!
most of my patterns I use are vintage, from the second hand shops so they are old. but this one wasnt.

I can’t wait to see it! You find vintage patterns in shops? Lucky you, I have to go on ebay!

Ive done some planning but I really need to put a zip in the back but there isnt room. So I dont know what I can do except elastic. And Im really not good with that. But I will see.
At the Op/Thrift Shops I get all my patterns for 10c. I dont know if they are vintage but the style looks really old to me so I just say they are.
I see them all the time at the Op shops but I dont always like the old style. My friend loves all my patterns but I dont really. I only like the pretty vintage dresses. But usually those are taken. but occasionaly I find some nice ones. I hate buying patterns at full price. Or even half. Unless its a really good one that I can use for heaps of things.

10c??? Ok, it’s official, I’m moving to New Zealand…A while back there was a 99c Butterick sale and since I never buy patterns at full price I grabbed 20 of them to keep on hand! I like vintage patterns no later than the 60s. Good luck with the restyle! I have a few new things to put up but anytime my friend and I can do it, the weather is awful or one of us is sick :(

yea thats why I love the op shops so much!! the pattern Im working on for my next dress is in the 80s. I have one old pattern with the no lines. The patterns are cool, but I dont like the design. I was going to mix it up but its petite and I dont feel like it right now. Anyway that one might be the 20s. anyway gtg…
