Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I have made three pairs of these carol leggings in different fabrics. The first were the pink in a rayon/lycra blend of liquid doom. I wear these as long underwear because I bought the fabric many years ago and I apparently had different tastes then. The second were the velvet ones. These were a test-drive for velvet. I think I’d rather have crushed velvet leggins. The third and most recent are a lovely sheet knit with alternating sheer and black.
I did the hem on these with a twin ballpoint needle which is like having a little coverstitcher if you’re not worried about raveling.
