A plain cardigan to my lace skirt. Made of comfy navy cotton jersey that shrunk after the first wash (I did NOT plan the 7/8 sleeves) and some left-over piping I never used for what it was meant for. So a warning for you out there: wash cotton fabrics before you start cutting. Otherwise you end up like this one: the knot was meant to lie on the belly (and not between my boobs), the sleeves were meant to have normal length (and not look like as if I would have borrowed it from a much shorter person). Well, I still like it, so I’ll cut the wining and just wear it. The pattern is from Burda WoF july 2007 #128.

Thanks for the comments, you are my fanclub Elaine, Emily and Wyn :D Nora, thanks to you too, the photos are taken by my husband. He likes – no, he loves! – to take pictures: while I am sitting at the sewing machine he is sitting fiddeling around with either one of his cameras (there are allways some settings to be improved) or he is scanning in (from film negatives) and photoshopping his pictures. I am photoshopping these photos though, the head goes off when I like the body but not the head (sometimes I can really look constipated..). But OK, you/Benedikta wants head included, I’ll do my best in the future!

Really nice photography as well! Seems like you had a professional helping you? And, as Benedikta just said, nice that you you left the head in the picture!
