Description
this is a variation of the cape dracula pattern, i change the collar, and gave it an elf hood instead. I also made the shoulder pieces smaller, and pleated them at the seam instead of gathering them. I used a lighter fabric because i wanted it to flow all nice and pretty like:)

green stretch cotton (has a very faint pattern/texture in it), Mustard lining, black tie up clasp
