I found this simple cape pattern in One-Piece Wearables by Sheila Brennan. I used a wool blend for the body and green felt around the neckline and belt to bring out the minor color of the fabric. For me, this cape functions like a hat can for bad hair days – it covers up all sorts of problems that may lay below!
