It’s getting cold in Copenhagen, so I’ve been on the lookout for a great winter coat pattern and finally I found a burda cape pattern (7422) that I really liked. I changed the original a bit, added a different collar, made it shorter in the front and longer in the back and added some vintage buttons. It’s made from thick wool fabric and it passed the cycling test i.e. it keeps me toasty warm even on windy days :-)
Material Notes
Wool, interfacing, buttons, snaps

Are you wearing a top inside or are those sleeve cuffs you’ve added to the cape?

LOVE! I also like it has the ‘sleeves/cuffs’. that way it stays in place.
