I’m really confused. I just downloaded/ cut out the pattern for this, and the sleeves are long, not capped at all! Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi,
This pattern contains multiple styles. For your purposes, you will use pattern piece 6 for the sleeve, not pattern piece 5. You will want to cut on the lines for Mod. 130.

I have some Ikat fabric and now I have an idea of what to do with it: Make a simple-styled dress vs. one with a lot of pleats, etc.
