Description
This is my second version of Burdastyle’s Dress With Gathered Skirt and Cap Sleeves. For this version, I managed to remove some of the neckline excess which gaped on my first try, by rotating the excess into the bust dart. I blog about how to do that here
(Oh, and the skirt is a self-drafted A-line. Next, I want to try a circle skirt with this great bodice).

Hello everyone! I am trying to make this dress, and I am not very experienced yet! I am stuck on step 5. How do I stitch the shoulder seams? Front lining with back lining, and front outer fabric with back outer fabric; or front ling with front outer fabric and back lining with back outer fabric? Thanks for your answers.
