Burda Style For people who sew
Description
My little girl was devistated when she out grew her favorite dress (which she calls her Party dress). I cropped as close to the arm holes as I could and then used the sleeves to create a waistband casing. Now she has a cute and fun skirt

I don't know what the material is, but it's knit and fuzzy on the right side.
