Description

I’ve purchased far too many patterns in my years of sewing. Maybe you have too. Although I now make many of my patterns I wish I had the money I spent on patterns in the past. I’m on a mission to find alternative ways to create patterns. This sheath project is the start. I wanted the dress to have some blue and green colors in it to wear under the colorful sheer shirt I made but I didn’t want the dress to compete with the shirt. The color placement was inspired by a dress I saw on an old episode of I Love Lucy. Dear Adriana, you are always so generous in your comments. Thank you so much. I’m taking this outfit with me to Hawaii next week. Ray’s health is better than ever. Hope all is well in Costa Rica. Hugs!

What a lovely idea to stencil on such a pretty pattern to compliment the fabric of your lovely blouse.
