A piece for my Steamcon costume, made of the same seafoam green brocade as the corset belt. These will go nicely over my combat boots! <3

    Hey I planned to make more or less the same but with wool. With my poor English I thought these were called gaiters… Yours are very nice!

      Oh, gaiters is just another word for the same thing. English likes to do that.

      I found the pattern on thankyoufornotbeingperky.com. I had to do some searching to remember where I got it, which is why I didn’t have it listed in the description. It’s a free download, so have at!

    I want to see the whole thing! I’m so excited just from the bits you’ve shown so far. Your craftsmanship is superb. DO NOT tell me you pleated the white ruffle edging on those by hand.

      You’ll all be relieved to know that the pleated edging you see is a pre-ruffled trim that my grandmother bought on a roll, and then gave to me with all the other trim she isn’t using any more.
