Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I know this is only my toile but I thought I would share the project with you anyway.
I do aim to remake it out of a wool fabric and black lace at a later date, however I currently have no time due to university deadlines. Although I shall aim to update the project once I have made my final dress. I am not happy with the pleats in the skirt in this lightweight calico fabric, however once I use the thicker wool material these should become more defined.
I pattern cut this dress from scratch with help from my Metric Pattern Cutting book that I have mentioned previously and experimented with moving darts and using different seams.
