Description
Pin-tucked or sheered center panel bodice, with cunny lace accents and cap sleeves. Gather layered skirt top being sheer lightweight fabric, with the 2nd and 3rd layers being tulle. Cage over skirt is made of bias-tape that has been treated with fabric stiffner. Client has choice of black, white or teadyed fabric.
