I try to crank out a nice summer dress using couture techniques every spring. This pattern just jumped out at me as being the perfect silhouette and it didn’t disappoint. I used a stretch cotton sateen (quite lightweight) backed with a cotton voile. All the dirty deets and a tute on how to stop any potential gapage before it starts can be found on the ol’ blog. http://www.coutureacademic.com/my-projects/ca-summer-dress-2014/
