Description

My entry for By Hand London’s Pattern Hackathon was this combo of an Elisalex bodice teamed with a Flora skirt.
I also added a scalloped neckline using a tutorial from Tilly and the Button’s book Love at a First Stitch.
The fabric is a fairly heavy cotton sateen from Amy Butler. Loved he way this went together, even though it was two different patterns, it married up like it was made for each other.

I’m going to be braver this year. If I see a fabric with a print I like, it’s going to be a dress, skirt, jumpsuit etc. why should the quilters have all the fun?
      Thanks v much xxx
