My first attempt at a By Hand London pattern and I am blown away with the results!
I love this dress so much, it is quite honestly, the best thing I’ve ever sewn.
I am a perfect uk size 12/ us 8. The only alteration I did was shorten the bodice by an inch.
With all the pattern hacks, options available, I’ve counted 10 different looks, which is a pretty good deal.
I finished the hem with some lace ribbon which looks so pretty inside.
I made use of an old bed sheet for my lining and toile.
22" invisible zip
Cotton twill tape, if making the faux wrap bodice
Ribbon less than 2cm wide for hem.
