This is the first thing I have made from a pattern out of BWOF, and it was so easy. I was reluctant to try one of these patterns as the pattern sheet looks so complicated, but once I had got past that it was fine and a few hours later I had this top. The only thing I changed was the straps, it was supposed to have strap slides like on a bra but I just decided to tie the straps instead. The pattern also says only use stretch jersey fabrics, which I read after I had cut the pattern and used a cotton fabric, but it turned out fine. Just need some sunshine, but I think in Manchester thats unheard of!!!

I really like this.. I have a half finished top that is really unflattering. I think I’ll try and finish it off with a tie belt like yours for a better fit. (I might add the strap ties as well). Copying is the best form of flattery! :) Great Job!!
