I used to wear this style of skirt in the 90s. Usually a floral patterned viscose ankle length with a pair of DM boots.

You draft your own pattern using your measurements. I made the waistband a bit deeper, so it’s quite high waisted and it falls just on the knee.
I was quite pleased with myself as its the first item of clothing I have made for myself and I received a few compliments on the school run.
