Ann Arbor, Michi...
My friend Tom’s favorite button down shirt refashioned as a pillowcase. I took out the buttons (hard to sleep on!) and sewed down the placket and front pocket. There wasn’t enough material to fold over a hem, so I cut bias strips instead. Making a pillow case is a simple project, but refashioning it from a shirt is a bit trickier.
The entire pillowcase is made from a 100% cotton button down shirt. Super soft!
