This is a simple shift pattern i made off my dress form. It is a ready made piece for sale in my Etsy shop.
I added the fringe around the neck and layered it down the bib collar underneath. I don’t know if the pics show it off, but I also stitched on some table cut glass beads onto the collar as well.

Material Notes
Made of butterscotch coloured sweater knit blend fabric. A black bib collar circles the neck and drops down another 9.5". Dress features 4" long black fringe encircling the neck and layers down another three tiers. 8 x 11mm table cut jet glass eye beads were hand sewn onto the front of the collar.
