Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This is my new Butterick top (Variation A) with fabric that I picked up on a recent trip to Melbourne. Fabric makes the best souvenir! Excuse the photo quality, I was playing with my new toy, an RC-6 remote for my Canon camera, and I am still working out how the most effective way to use it. This top is super comfy but does balloon a little at the front so I recommend a heavy jersey like what I used and the front hem needs to come up a smidge so that it looks straighter. It is very flattering around the upper waist but a little plungy at the bust for work. Would make a great going out top in a sparkly fabric I think, I am considering making the longer version in a sequins.

i agree that fabric makes the best souvenir, that way you literally have memories “up your sleeve” ;) i love your sleeveless top though, i think it fits you great and you chose such an interesting print that makes black and white such a rich combination!
