Butterfly Wrap Blouse

It was love at first sight when I saw this pattern! So stylish and elegant and yet so simple. I’m one of the contestants in this episode of Project Sewn and I made this blouse for Week 1. Hopefully it’ll bring me on to week 2 :-)

I lined the top front and back leaving the sleeves sheer. I’ve used a oh so soft cotton/silk blend with tiny black butterflies for my new favorite blouse.

I’ve had my eye on this one too. Must try to find enough fabric to make it with.

Any light weight fabric will be great, I think. It’s such a sweet design!

Really love the quirky shape! Would it make a good nursing top, do you think?

I love this version of the blouse and it matches perfectly with the skirt! I have a similar one, so I think about sewing this blouse as well. And: you look great in it!
