This is the first pattern I have made for my 2-year-old daughter from a sloper I created for her (I’m taking patternmaking classes at FIT in NYC). I love little girls’ clothes that actually look like they belong on a little girl, hence the slightly puffed sleeves and eyelet trim. The Alexander Henry butterfly printed cotton makes it a little more modern though, I think. I’m going to make a few changes to the pattern (drop the armhole to make it bigger for ease of movement), and then try it again before hopefully learning how to post it here for everyone to use.
