My first attempt at making a complete outfit (other than the corset underneath). Outfit consists of petticoat, bustle pad, 5 gored underskirt, bustled overskirt and victorian bodice.
The patterns were from Truly victorian and the bodice was adapted from two different patterns – obviously i like to make things difficult for myself!
Made lots and lots of pleats from the left over fabric to trim it!

Thank you! :-) the patterns come from an american company – Truly Victorian. they’re a bit pricey but worth it as the instructions are pretty straightforward and great to work with.

yes, they are pretty straightforward to use – well the skirts are at least. The bodice top was a bit more of a challenge!
