I wanted a bustier dress
1. because I wanted to see if it suits me (the ones I found in shops never fit)
2. because I wanted to know if I could sew it
So here is my dress – with a pocket!
I think it worked well (with some minor adjustments)
The pattern (top part) is from an old burda magazine I got on ebay.
I knew about that because of anek’s bustier top. (love her choice of colours!)
There is also a similar pattern here:

-cotton
-zipper
-soft bra-cup-like things, insets?

I love this, it’s adorable :) I have a bustier dress pattern and fabric for it that’s been lying around for ages, proper scared to have a go at it in case I screw it up haha! Did you use boning at all?
