A fantastic pair of trousers if you are petite – these make you look tall!! Pattern is from Burda 11/2010, no 129, a petite pattern. The pattern is unusual in that the trouser front consists of half the trouser back, so the side seam is actually in the centre of the back panel, making fitting for someone with a small bottom really easy. Pockets are welts, there is no waistband, only a facing. I like the way they sit really snugly at the waist and hip, and fall softly to the floor.

Fine lightweight pinstripe wool. Lining for pockets is cupro.
