- Cut one piece of contrast fabric.4" (10.5cm) by 20" (50cm) this is for the front flounce.
- Cut another piece of contrast fabric .4" (10.5cm) by 10" (25cm) this is for the flower.
- Cut 2-4, 1" (2.5cm) strips of chiffon on the bias(diagonally). You will use this like ribbon. The more you cut the more you have to make fun details with.
