I was asked by Burda Style as a Power Member to make a garment using a Burda Pattern and a licensed Liberty of London Fabric by Westminister. I chose to take Burda Pattern 5/2010 Long Sleeve Blouse and Kashmir Red fabric. We were able to alter the pattern so I shortened the sleeves and lengthen the top to a dress length and added a shirt tail hem. I wanted to break up the pattern and add interest so I choose a solid burgundy for the yokes and button area.
