THIS IS NOT A PATTERN DOWNLOAD THE SKIRT IS SIMPLY 1 RECTANGLE— DRAFT THE SKIRT PANELS ON PATTERN PAPER (OR JUST MEASURE THEM OUT ON FABRIC) BY FOLLOWING THESE MEASUREMENTS: Skirt panel, 120 – 124 – 128 – 132 – 136 – 140 cm (47 1/4 – 49 – 50 1/2 – 52 – 53 1/2 ins) wide, 105 cm (41 1/2 ins) long.
These measurements include 5 cm (2 in) wide allowances.
Interfacing: Iron interfacing, 5 cm (2 ins) wide, to wrong side of upper edge of skirt panel.
